In the small town of Santiago Matatlán in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico, Los Danzantes mezcal distillery is run by a group of restaurant owners. Established in 1997, the distillery is housed in a traditional mud brick building and mill stones are still used for crushing the cooked agaves. @mezcallosdanzantes.
